2013's Training plan....here comes "the big one"!

It's 2013.  Time for a new training plan.
This year, we're going big!
A typical Ironman training plan is 37 weeks.
Go big or go home.
But what can top a 37 week training plan?
Hmmm.
First, you want to educate yourself-plenty of reading.
Focus on nutrition.
errr.....or saltines, cheese, and chicken soup.  Whatever works
Plenty of Vitamins and supplements.
Visualization/Motivation.
And one amazing "teammate" ( I love you, babe!!)
A 40 week "training" plan.
"Iron Baby" due to make an appearance in July 2013 :-)
 And we can't wait!!
